About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling content for digital campaigns, paid ads, social media, training content, and branded experiences.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who understands how to transform ideas, scripts, storyboards, and static designs into polished motion content that captures attention and keeps audiences engaged.

You’ll create content across:

2D animation

Motion graphics

Kinetic typography

Explainer videos

Social media content

Paid ad creatives

Brand animations

3D motion content, where applicable

If you have a strong portfolio, advanced Adobe After Effects skills, and a strong understanding of motion, pacing, composition, and digital-first storytelling, this role is a strong fit.

What You’ll Own

Motion Graphics & Animation

Create 2D animations, kinetic typography, explainer animations, animated presentations, social media motion graphics, and paid ad creatives.

Transform scripts, creative briefs, and storyboards into polished animated content.

Develop engaging motion sequences for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Create animation that supports storytelling, brand identity, and marketing objectives.

Maintain a high standard of visual quality across all deliverables.

Social Media & Digital Content

Create and optimize motion content for:

Instagram Reels

TikTok

YouTube and YouTube Shorts

LinkedIn

Paid social campaigns

Websites and landing pages

Digital marketing campaigns

Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, dimensions, and campaign requirements while maintaining brand consistency.

Creative Storytelling

Bring creative concepts to life through motion, timing, transitions, visual pacing, and composition.

Build strong visual hooks that capture attention quickly.

Use pacing and storytelling techniques to maintain viewer engagement.

Translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual experiences.

Ensure animations align with campaign objectives, audience expectations, and brand standards.

3D experience is preferred but not required.

Optimization & Delivery

Export and optimize content for social media, websites, paid advertising, presentations, and digital campaigns.

Deliver assets in formats such as MP4, MOV, GIF, and WebM.

Create vertical (9:16), square (1:1), and horizontal (16:9) versions as required.

Ensure correct resolution, compression, aspect ratios, file sizes, playback performance, and visual quality.

Maintain organized final files and source projects for future revisions and repurposing.

Required Experience & Skills

2+ years of professional animation or motion graphics experience.

Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional motion design work.

Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects.

Strong working knowledge of:

Adobe Premiere Pro
