As an HRIS Analyst I, you will apply foundational knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support our Oracle HCM platform. This entry-level professional role focuses on executing assigned tasks related to HRIS system configuration, data maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, contributing to the efficient operation of HR processes. You will collaborate with team members to learn and develop expertise within the HRIS domain.
JOB DUTIES:
Support the configuration of Oracle HCM modules based on defined specifications and guidance.
Perform routine maintenance of core system tables and HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Assist in the troubleshooting of basic system errors and escalate more complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
Gather and document initial user requirements for minor system enhancements or modifications.
Participate in testing activities for system upgrades and new functionalities, following established test plans.
Provide basic support and guidance to end-users on HRIS functionalities.
Contribute to the documentation efforts for HRIS processes and system configurations.
YOU MUST HAVE:
1+ years of professional experience in an HRIS or related technical support capacity.
Foundational understanding of HRIS concepts and basic database structures.
Experience with data entry, maintenance, and generating basic reporting from HR systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
WE VALUE:
Familiarity with Oracle HCM or another enterprise-level HRIS platform.
Experience with system testing or user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to pre-established procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing data management tasks.
