Senior IAM Engineer

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 135'000 per year

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management

Hands-on experience with Okta, Auth0, Entra ID, Keycloak, or similar IAM platforms

Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, MFA, and Zero Trust principles

Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting (PowerShell or Python)

Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access models

German fluency B2+

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and operate a centralized IAM platform across multiple identity providers

Implement SSO and modern authentication solutions

Automate IAM deployments using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines

Integrate identity services with enterprise and cloud applications

Contribute to IAM architecture, governance, and security best practices
