Requirements:

We have a vacancy for professionals with around 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) experience in a functional or technical consulting or admin role who want to take the next step toward solution ownership and innovation leadership.

We have a strong understanding of customer processes, especially sales, service, and marketing.

We have experience with system integration and cross-module environments.

We have interest and curiosity in AI, automation, and emerging Microsoft technologies such as Copilot and Power Platform.

We have an analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

We have strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.

Responsibilities:

We shape the future of customer engagement with AI and Microsoft Cloud.

We evolve our digital customer landscape beyond traditional CRM by combining Microsoft Dynamics 365 with emerging AI capabilities such as Copilot, automation, and data-driven insights.

We act as a key contributor within our IT team, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to design and evolve customer-facing solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights-Journey, and digital channels such as portals.

We identify and shape innovation use cases, especially leveraging AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

We drive end-to-end solution development, from requirements engineering to implementation, testing, and deployment, in close collaboration with IT leads and cross-functional teams.

We take ownership of cloud-based D365 platform administration in an integrated environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.

We proactively monitor system performance and adoption, using KPIs to continuously optimize processes and unlock business value.
