Senior Software Engineer (Java, React) - Startup

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 135'000 per year

Requirements:

This role involves end-to-end ownership, from architecture to deployment, across a modern tech stack (including TypeScript, React, Java, Python, cloud services, and Kubernetes), but prior experience with specific technologies is less important than adaptability.

Previous startup experience is a must!

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and deploy end-to-end software solutions, including front-end, back-end, and cloud services.

Provide technical leadership in architecture and engineering best practices.

Mentor peers and contribute to a collaborative development culture.

Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure solutions align with user and business needs.

Address system performance and scalability challenges as the platform grows.
