- IT Infrastrukturdiensten (ADFS, DHCP, DNS, NTP, Radius, IIS, SMB, SNMP)

Optional: Erfahrung mit Microsoft Cloud Services

Zertifizierung wie z. B. MCSA: Windows Server 2016 (oder höher) sowie Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Responsibilities:

Implementierung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Microsoft Windows Servern, MS Exchange und weiterer Infrastrukturdienste (veeam Backup, Trend Micro etc.) im Rahmen des Client- und Netzwerkmanagements in mittelgroßen Infrastrukturen

Instandhaltung, Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Dokumentation der Systemumgebungen

Verwaltung von Active Directory, GPO-Strukturen

Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebes der IT Infrastruktur im Microsoft-Umfeld inkl. 2nd und 3rd Level Ticketbearbeitung

Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Changes

Eigenständige Durchführung von kleinen Projekten bzw. Arbeiten im Team in mittelgroßen Umgebungen

Durchführung regelmäßiger Schwachstellen Scans gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Analyse, Bewertung, Empfehlung, Behebung)

Analyse von Monitoring-Meldungen sowie proaktive Fehlerbehebung

Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebs-, Prozess- und Systemdokumentationen

Durchführung Patch und Update Management (Analyse, Bewertung, Empfehlung, Behebung)
