Several years of experience in SAP environments, including SAP Basis administration for S/4HANA and exposure to SAP BTP and Cloud ALM; MS 365 BC is a plus

Hands-on SAP operations experience, including transports, client administration, patching, upgrades, and performance analysis

SAP certifications, such as SAP Basis or SAP BTP Administrator, are an advantage

Experience with or strong interest in SAP BTP administration, including subaccounts, directories, quotas, and IdP trust, as well as integrating BTP services with S/4HANA, including SSO and IDM

Solid understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, and operational processes within complex IT landscapes

Structured and independent working style with strong analytical skills

Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the implementation and operational setup of our SAP S/4HANA landscape, including SAP Basis administration, transports, maintenance, and performance optimization

Administer and develop our SAP BTP landscape, including subaccounts, directories, and integration with S/4HANA backend systems

Support and maintain integrations and interfaces, for example MES

Provide 2nd-level support for SAP and connected ERP applications, including tickets, authorization topics, and collaboration with key users, project teams, and partners

Plan and coordinate system changes, releases, and upgrades, contributing to the development and stability of our ERP landscape
