Plan and conduct viva assessments for assigned learners, including where further validation of learner understanding is required.

Detect and address plagiarism and inappropriate use of AI in learner submissions in line with Academy processes.

Deliver engaging face-to-face and online technical training sessions, ensuring high levels of learner participation and satisfaction.

Support the maintenance and improvement of training code, technical environments and program setup, resolving general bugs and issues.

Collect and act on learner feedback to support the continuous improvement of Academy programs and learning experiences.

Collaborate with the Training and LMS Administrator to support the smooth delivery and administration of training programs.

Contribute to the creation and ongoing development of technical education programs, curriculum content and communications for Quantexans, customers and partners.

Work with Cloud and Delivery teams on VDI setup, issue resolution, data engineer enablement and alignment of assessment criteria with delivery requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert for the Design and Publish Pillar and contribute to projects and initiatives across Education Services.

Experience assessing technical projects and conducting viva assessments, providing constructive feedback and identifying plagiarism or inappropriate use of AI.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to resolve learner, code, platform and training-environment issues.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate learners and work effectively with clients, partners, colleagues and stakeholders.
