The Opportunity
InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – OEM Fleet to work with some of our marquis clients supporting their mission to reduce emissions by electrifying their parking lot, vehicles and fleets. As part of the sales team, you will be working with our clients to help design and install EV charging solutions to end customers developing new solutions for our customers. These solutions include EV solution development, hardware, software, Charging as a Service (CAAS), Solar and Battery storage, EPC, Service & Support. What You’ll Do
Serve as the lead point of contact for all sales opportunities in assigned region for or commercial division focusing on the following verticals; fleets, school bus, ports, transit
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with current accounts and end customers. Focus on OEM distributors to be a strategic partner and drive sales in the region
Help develop full EV charging solutions that include EV charging hardware, fleet software, solar, battery storage systems, EPC, warranties and service & support
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to grow revenues
Help customers understand local, state and federals incentives and grants
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Leverage automation and forecast sales within Salesforce
Meet and or exceed sales targets and pipeline development
Your Experience and Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of sales or project management experience working with customers and channel partners
Must have business experience in electric chargers & vehicles, solar, battery storage, or a similar industry
Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to our client’s senior management team, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
Experience working across multiple departments within an organization to develop superior customer solutions: sales, marketing, engineering, products, operations, service & support.
Detail-oriented, good follow-through, able to multitask, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment to meet client and internal deadlines/obligations
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Ability to travel 50%
Competitive compensation package including base salary and uncapped variable earnings.
US Salary Range
$100,000—$110,000 USD
