What is the role?

Roku is seeking an Advertising Marketing Coordinator to join the Demand Marketing team within the Growth Marketing organization. In this role, you will blend hands-on content creation with social media management, analytics reporting, and cross-functional project coordination to bring Roku's biggest advertising campaigns and moments to life across owned channels. You will write, edit, and optimize content across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining Roku's tone and messaging standards. This role also encompasses day-to-day management of the Roku Advertising LinkedIn presence, website content publishing and quality assurance through HubSpot, and project coordination using Asana. The ideal candidate brings strong editorial skills, a data-driven approach to content strategy, and the ability to collaborate across teams including design, digital, legal, and external partners. This is a full-time position based in New York City.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $67,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What are the responsibilities of the role?

Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy across a range of formats and channels, including email newsletters and social media

Identify data-driven opportunities to repurpose and refresh existing content into new formats to extend its reach and longevity

Ideate visual assets, both static and video, optimized for social engagement and amplification

Own the day-to-day management of the Roku Advertising LinkedIn page, including drafting, scheduling, and publishing posts

Engage with the online community by monitoring comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely, on-brand manner

Track emerging platform trends, formats, and best practices, and recommend creative approaches to grow reach and engagement

Report on social performance using analytics tools

Update, format, tag, and publish content within HubSpot, ensuring every page is accurate, on-brand, and correctly structured before going live

QA published content to identify and resolve broken links, formatting issues, and errors

Partner with design, digital, and development teams to build and refine web pages and other digital assets

Serve as the operational hub for content and campaign work, keeping projects moving from kickoff through publication

Manage deadlines and task status in Asana and ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner

Coordinate deliverables across internal teams and communicate with external partners such as freelancers, vendors, and agencies

What experience would help someone be successful in this role at Roku?

1–3 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or a related marketing coordination role

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across formats and channels

Hands-on experience managing social media channels and content calendars

Familiarity with CMS platforms and comfort publishing and quality-assuring web content

Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4)

Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com and strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to use AI tools to expedite copywriting, brief development, and design mockup processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Curiosity about content and campaign trends in the media and advertising industry

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across varying levels of the organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
