We're Hiring: Support Agent – Candlelight Mexico
📍 Hybrid in Mexico City | Full time (Monday-Friday)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Agent/ Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our Candlelight team—working behind the scenes to bring magical experiences to life across the Mexican region, while being based in Mexico City.
This role focuses on ensuring that the administrative, documentation, data management, and operational processes behind our events run smoothly. You will play a key role in managing event-related information, maintaining databases and records, coordinating contracts and approvals, supporting reporting processes, and ensuring that materials are accurately prepared and submitted across different platforms and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Do
Compile and organize sales and attendance data for reporting to performing rights organizations.
Edit and prepare PDFs for upload and submission to online platforms.
Assemble contracts and supporting documentation for submission to legal internal teams.
Catalogue and tag metadata on performance recordings, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
Track and approve rehearsals.
Clean, organize, and maintain Airtable databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain visibility across tasks, deadlines, approvals, and project progress.
Submit musicians’ talking points and other materials for translation across a wide range of languages.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure information, documentation, and deliverables are completed on time.
What You Bring
You live in Mexico City and are legally eligible to work here
You speak Spanish & English fluently
Experience in structured operations, support or admin roles
Strong attention to detail, process orientation and follow-through
Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel (intermediate level or higher)
A team-first mindset, clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
Ability to juggle tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Background in events, production or the music industry
Experience in administrative-heavy environments
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Monday, or similar
