Position: Agent Engineer

Type:Contract

Compensation:$100–$500/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Build and operate LLM agents in production environments.

Ensure agent reliability and evaluate performance improvements.

Manage long-running processes like scheduled jobs and cloud sandboxes.

Develop internal monoagents and shared company memory systems.

Enhance agent visibility and cost tracking for organizational use.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Experience in building and operating LLM agents.

Proven track record of improving agent reliability and performance.
