AI Platform Enablement Specialist (m/w/d)

Salary: 60.000 - 85.000 € per year

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Mathematics, Data Science, or Media Informatics

Demonstrable expertise in creating, configuring, and maintaining AI agents, assistants, and workflows on at least one of the following platforms: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Enterprise, Langdock, or Microsoft Copilot

At least 4 years of professional experience with digital platforms and SaaS solutions, particularly in user and role management, platform configuration, data and knowledge sources, simple interface logic, workflows, and basic error analysis during live operations

Strong interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and digital workflows

Excellent communication skills and a passion for actively engaging with people

Strong service orientation and the ability to support technical users in a clear, patient, and solution-oriented manner

A structured approach to work, reliability, and a keen eye for detail in platform operations

Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2)

A hands-on mindset, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to make AI practically usable within the company

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and further developing our AI Platform Langdock in day-to-day operations, including user management, configurations, monitoring, and quality assurance

Ensuring stable platform operations through regular checks, error analysis, documentation, and coordination of improvement measures

Supporting functional teams in implementing AI applications, agents, and automation solutions on the AI Platform

Actively supporting business units on-site as a communication-savvy floor runner to identify needs, clarify questions, and quickly resolve implementation hurdles

Translating business requirements into practical AI solutions, e.g., through structured prompts, simple workflows, knowledge integration, or tested assistants

Implementing enablement and support measures, e.g., short training sessions, office hours, sharing best practices, and creating simple guides

Supporting the testing and rollout of new AI features, as well as gathering feedback from business units

Maintaining documentation, standards, and templates

Collaborating with AI Engineering, IT, Data Protection, and business units to enable secure, stable, and user-friendly AI solutions

Identifying recurring user needs and areas for improvement to continuously optimize platform usage.
