AI Platform Engineer - Enterprise Intelligence (m/f/d)

Salary: 51.000 - 91.000 € per year

Requirements:

Experience: min. 1 year of professional experience in software/product engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products (being a former founder or early engineer at a start up who built a product from scratch is a big plus!).

Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and in building full stack applications (experience with TypeScript and Terraform are a plus). Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure.

AI Native: Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs

Engineering Mindset: You dont just build whats on the ticket. You think about why something needs to exist, who it serves, and how it fits into the broader Unum vision.

Responsibilities:

Build high impact applications and tools that accelerate Unums solutions.

Apply AI models in novel ways to solve real world customer and internal workflow problems.

Identify real needs and build technical solutions around them.

Work across the full lifecycle: prototype, iterate, ship and maintain and stay close to the problem youre solving.

Translate AI capabilities into clean, trustworthy experiences.

Think carefully about how what you build is used by end users, colleagues, or other systems.

Design how AI agents present their findings and ask for feedback.
