Salary: CHF 80'000 - 100'000 per year

Requirements:

Fluent in German

Practical, hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows

Solid engineering fundamentals

Sharp, quick-thinking, and genuinely curious about AI and how to apply it practically

Hungry and highly driven — more important than years of seniority

Responsibilities:

Design, test, and continuously refine prompts and AI workflows that solve real product problems

Work hands-on with LLMs and AI-assisted tooling to speed up engineering and ship faster

Partner closely with engineers and product to bring AI-assisted approaches into everyday development

Evaluate new models, tools, and techniques, and pull the useful ones into the workflow fast

Iterate quickly based on real-world results rather than theory
