YOUR TASKS

You integrate generative AI technologies into existing application software

Additionally at senior level: You take ownership and technical responsibility from initial concept through to successful delivery

You analyze complex datasets for specific AI use cases and improve data quality

Additionally at senior level: You actively drive continuous improvement of data quality

You evaluate and optimize software systems with AI components (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Ollama)

Additionally at senior level: You establish best practices for evaluating and optimizing these technologies

You further develop existing AI solutions and design new approaches

Additionally at senior level: You are responsible for architectural decisions and provide impulses for innovative approaches

You contribute to cloud-native development projects with a focus on AI-driven software solutions

Additionally at senior level: You design and define comprehensive architectural decisions

You integrate AI-ready database systems for complex application.

Additionally at senior level: You take responsibility for the strategic use of such systems in more complex projects

You research and evaluate new technologies and methods in the field of AI

Additionally at senior level: You identify emerging technologies and methods and introduce them strategically

You collaborate with customers and project teams and present results professionally

Additionally at senior level: You provide technical leadership to developers and facilitate workshops and reviews

YOUR PROFIL

You hold a completed degree (preferably a Master’s) with a focus on AI or IT, ideally with initial professional experience in AI software development

Senior level: You bring several years of professional experience and proven project success in AI software development

You have solid knowledge of Python and at least one additional programming language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Java)

Senior level: You possess deep expertise and extensive hands-on experience with these technologies

You have practical experience in integrating and using generative AI technologies as well as frameworks such as LangChain

Senior level: You have profound expertise and the ability to establish and enforce best practices.

You have experience working with AI-ready database systems (relational databases, vector databases, and graph databases)

Senior level: You bring extensive experience in complex integration projects

You have experience in cloud-native development and DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)

Senior level: You take architectural responsibility and bring relevant practical experience.

You have knowledge of API design and full-stack software development

Senior level: You have experience leading and being accountable for development projects

You are passionate about customer-centric application development and innovative technologies

Senior level: You actively drive innovation and lead teams

You are a team player, a strong communicator, and work independently in a structured manner

Senior level: You act as a solution-oriented point of contact and support other developers

You have very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
