AI Solutions Engineer

Your mission

Harmonize the different AI tools and initiatives already taking shape across teams into one coherent, company-wide approach

Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows - using agents, skills, and similar methods - that put our AI strategy into practice

Own the AI infrastructure - cloud and on-premises - that powers these workflows, from architecture through deployment

Serve as the internal reference point for AI, advising projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions

Vet and validate externally sourced AI components before they enter our products or processes

Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on enablement

Your profile

Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture

A proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production - not just a proof of concept

Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises or local AI infrastructure

Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry

Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth into terms non-technical stakeholders act on

Analytical, hands-on, and pragmatic - equally comfortable in the details and the big picture

A confident communicator who can align stakeholders and earn trust without relying on formal authority
