Asset Protection Manager

We are seeking a Manager, Asset Protection – Cluster to lead Asset Protection, security, investigations, and risk mitigation across multiple sites within an assigned market or cluster. This role is responsible for establishing consistent Asset Protection standards, identifying and prioritizing risk, developing site-level capabilities, and partnering with operational leadership to protect our people, products, facilities, and assets.

This is a hands-on, multi-site leadership role requiring strong cross-functional partnership, the ability to operate across different facilities and business environments, and the ability to translate risk into practical solutions that improve security, reduce loss, and support operational performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

Own Asset Protection strategy and execution across assigned sites, ensuring consistent standards while adapting to local risks.

Conduct site visits, risk assessments, audits, and operational reviews to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvement plans.

Lead complex investigations into theft, fraud, workplace incidents, policy violations, and other losses, ensuring proper documentation and evidence management.

Lead, coach, and develop Asset Protection teams while providing guidance on investigations, incidents, and performance.

Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Legal, and site leadership to identify risks and implement practical solutions.

Drive shrink and loss reduction through data analysis, trend identification, root-cause analysis, and targeted corrective actions.

Oversee physical security programs, including guards, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other security technologies.

Lead crisis response, emergency preparedness, new site initiatives, and ongoing risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement and external partners.

Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity, building practical solutions in fast-changing environments.

5+ years of progressive experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Corporate Security, Investigations, or related fields, ideally across multiple locations and complex operational environments.

Proven experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments, security programs, physical security systems, and cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel.

Location: Barleban, Germany. This role will have travel to the UK.
