Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Sourcing Associate to support procurement activities across North America (NA) and LATAM. This role will focus on logistics-related indirect procurement, driving value through cost optimization, supplier management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support sourcing and procurement activities across logistics categories for NA and LATAM markets.

Manage and evaluate suppliers across freight, packaging, and warehousing services.

Analyze and balance cost, service reliability, and risk in sourcing decisions.

Contribute to sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging, and warehousing operations.

Track and interpret commodity indices (e.g., resin, steel, fuel, labor, space) to support commercial decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives

Key Requirements

Experience in logistics-related indirect procurement or sourcing.

Strong understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), packaging types, and warehousing services.

Knowledge of multimodal logistics and supply chain operations.

Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market and cost drivers.

Experience supporting NA and LATAM markets preferred.
