Working alongside our global Talent Acquisition team, you'll partner with hiring managers, build relationships with leading universities and help attract exceptional talent across the EMEA region.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="802" data-end="958"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is a <strong data-start="812" data-end="847">hybrid role based in Manchester</strong>. Alongside business-as-usual recruitment, you'll play a key role in developing our UK campus recruitment programme and representing Guidepoint at university events.</span></p> <h4 style="line-height: 12pt;">Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and share best practice.</span></li> </ul> <h4 style="line-height: 1.4;" data-section-id="cubbob" data-start="2159" data-end="2179"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">What You'll Bring</span></h4> <ul data-start="2181" data-end="2721"> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1u6300l" data-start="2181" data-end="2226"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="iombk6" data-start="2227" data-end="2298"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">2–4 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="26dnj" data-start="2299" data-end="2356"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="10h0h6g" data-start="2357" data-end="2438"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="1iul394" data-start="2439" data-end="2510"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter e.g.)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="11xbd0n" data-start="2511" data-end="2578"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-section-id="2dtbmh" data-start="2579" data-end="2721"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with attention to accuracy, confidentiality,
