About the Opportunity

Kelley Kronenberg’s Workers’ Compensation Defense team is looking to add an Associate Attorney. This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in Florida. We’re looking for a thorough, detail-driven litigator with excellent writing skills and a genuine interest in defense practice.

Your Responsibilities

Independently handle a caseload of Workers’ Compensation defense matters from initial assignment through resolution.

Review claims files and medical records closely, with careful attention to detail.

Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Appear at hearings on behalf of clients and handle all aspects of motion practice.

Keep clients and adjusters informed through consistent, professional communication.

Work closely with the Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development.

Required Education & Experience

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Active Florida Bar license required.

At least 3 years of experience practicing as an attorney; Workers’ Compensation defense experience is a plus.

Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setting.
