Kenntnisse in Revisionsmethoden, Risikobewertung (AI-Security, Data Privacy) und Governance-Frameworks sind wünschenswert.

Responsibilities:

Wir führen tiefgehende technische Audits von generativen KI-Lösungen, Multi-Agenten-Systemen und klassischen Data-Science-Produkten innerhalb der Unternehmen der Schwarz Gruppe durch.

Wir analysieren Codes, Systemarchitekturen, Prompt-Strategien und das Verhalten autonomer Agenten und identifizieren Optimierungsbedarfe hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Robustheit (Vermeidung von Halluzinationen) und Performance.

Wir konzipieren, entwickeln und optimieren eigene Analysen im Audit-Umfeld durch den Einsatz modernster Data-Science-Verfahren und Evaluierungs-Frameworks.

Wir analysieren komplexe Geschäftsprozesse und KI-gestützte Workflows mithilfe von BI- und Process-Mining-Tools (wie z. B. Celonis), um Ineffizienzen oder Anomalien aufzudecken.

Wir begleiten gelegentlich Revisionen vor Ort im In- und Ausland und fungieren als technischer Sparringspartner für das Management.
