Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies efficiently

Maintain professional, proactive communication with vendors to ensure timely dispute resolution

Compliance & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate financial records, audit findings, and transaction documentation within AP and ERP systems

Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements in freight auditing

Support the implementation of automation tools and identify opportunities to streamline invoice processing, improve workflows, and reduce manual errors

What You’ll Bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance, data entry, or logistics/freight auditing

Understanding of invoice matching, shipment records, freight rate structures, and accessorial charges

Strong ability to identify discrepancies, analyse root causes, and recommend effective solutions

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

Knowledge of financial controls, regulatory requirements, and company audit metrics

Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors

Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
