What the posting says

PromoRepublic is a Ukrainian-Finnish B2B SaaS company helping multi-location brands and franchise organisations manage marketing across hundreds or thousands of local businesses.

Our platform brings social media, reputation management, listings, local visibility, content governance, digital asset management and AI-powered workflows into one operating environment. We help central Marketing teams maintain brand control and visibility while enabling local teams to execute effective marketing with less manual work.

Our customers are enterprise brands, franchise groups and multi-location organisations, primarily across North America and Australia, with customers in Europe as well.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on B2B marketer to own Marketing execution and make demand generation and qualified pipeline growth the primary commercial focus of the function. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the CEO, Sales, Product and Customer Success.

What you will own:

Demand generation and pipeline contribution

Build and optimise campaigns for priority industries, accounts and buyer groups

Develop inbound, outbound-supporting, account-based and re-engagement motions

Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality, handoff and opportunity progression

Build nurturing and lifecycle programmes that move prospects through the funnel

Analyse funnel performance, identify conversion gaps and test new channels and approaches

Measure Marketing performance based on qualified pipeline and business outcomes

Marketing strategy and priorities

Define target audiences, market priorities, campaigns and expected outcomes

Build the quarterly Marketing plan, calendar, operating rhythm and scorecard

Recommend where Marketing budget and resources should be invested

Decide what to start, improve, automate, pause or stop

Positioning and product marketing

Continuously improve PromoRepublic’s positioning and messaging

Translate product strategy and AI capabilities into clear commercial narratives

Develop differentiated messaging for priority industries and buyer groups

Lead Marketing execution around priority product launches

Set content priorities and turn customer insights, product releases, research and market trends into commercially useful content

Build customer proof, case studies and sales enablement

Own Marketing priorities for the website and key conversion paths

Use webinars, roundtables and selected events where they support pipeline and customer relationships

Positioning, product marketing and content

Own lead nurturing, event follow-up and re-engagement programmes

Work with Revenue Operations on HubSpot automation, attribution and data quality

Build practical AI-enabled workflows across research, data, campaigns, content operations and reporting

Automate repetitive Marketing processes to improve speed, quality and scalability

Evaluate Marketing and AI tools based on measurable business value

Marketing operations and AI automation

Own lead nurturing, newsletters, event follow-up and re-engagement programmes

Work with Revenue Operations on HubSpot automation, attribution and data quality

Build practical AI-enabled workflows across research, data, campaign execution, content operations, reporting and lifecycle Marketing

Automate repetitive Marketing processes where automation can improve speed, quality or scalability

Develop reusable workflows for briefing, repurposing, analysis, quality control and knowledge reuse

Evaluate Marketing and AI tools based on measurable business value rather than novelty

What we are looking for:

Strong hands-on B2B Marketing experience

Experience in B2B SaaS or a closely comparable B2B software environment

Proven experience with demand generation and pipeline-focused Marketing

Evidence of personally owning Marketing initiatives from strategy through execution

Strong commercial and business mindset

Ability to connect Marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Experience building and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns

Strong positioning, messaging and product Marketing judgement

Experience working closely with Sales

Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and Marketing automation platform

Ability to analyse funnel and campaign data and make decisions based on it

Hands-on experience using AI and automation to materially improve Marketing workflows or outcomes

Experience coordinating agencies, contractors or cross-functional contributors

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong operational discipline and personal ownership

You are likely to succeed if you:

Think commercially and connect Marketing activity to business outcomes

Move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution

Enjoy building and testing rather than only managing others

Use data to challenge assumptions and make decisions

Bring structure without creating unnecessary process

Make clear trade-offs when resources are limited

Look for opportunities to automate repetitive work

Take responsibility for outcomes rather than activity

You do not need to be the deepest specialist in every Marketing discipline. You do need to know how the pieces fit together and be willing to get hands-on when necessary.

Location and ways of working:

This is a remote role with a European-compatible working schedule. Our team is distributed, with team members across Europe, including Helsinki and Kyiv. We maintain a core collaboration window during European working hours. Because North America is one of our key markets, occasional flexibility will be required for customer conversations, webinars, events or other market-facing activities.
