Position: Bilingual Danish Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type:Contract

Compensation:$48–$52/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write expert-level prompts in Danish across a range of sensitive subject areas.

Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.

Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and compliance.

Collaborate with teams to improve AI model performance and handling of sensitive topics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native fluency in Danish, plus business-level written English.

A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.

Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.

Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

Based in Denmark or the wider Western Europe region.

Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
