Position: Bilingual Dutch (Netherlands) Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type:Contract

Compensation:$48–$52/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

Write expert-level prompts in Netherlands Dutch across a range of sensitive subject areas.

Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.

Evaluate and strengthen AI model handling of sensitive topics in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands.

Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and cultural accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native fluency in Dutch as spoken in the Netherlands, plus business-level written English.

Currently based in the Netherlands.

Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.

Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.

Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
