Position: Bilingual Croatian Generalist Expert — AI Safety

Type:Contract

Compensation:$38–$42/hour

Location:Remote

Commitment:20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Write expert-level prompts in Croatian across a range of sensitive subject areas.

Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.

Use language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen model handling of sensitive topics.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Native or near-native fluency in Croatian. Business-level written English.

A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.

Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.

Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

Based in Croatia or the wider Eastern Europe region.

Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
