Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand & Communications (Meal Kits ANZ) based in Chippendale, we’re looking for a hands-on Brand Marketing Associate to join the Meal Kits ANZ team. You’ll work closely with the Brand Management,Product and Growth teams to help execute an exciting consumer GTM, bringing energy, organisation and strong creative instincts to a fast-moving environment.
As an enthusiastic, hands-on marketer, you will bring creative energy, strong organization, and a proactive mindset to a fast-moving environment. You’ll be writing copy, delivering creative assets and CRM, managing projects and keeping multiple workstreams moving at once.
In this role, you’ll work across a variety of initiatives, crafting copy, delivering creative assets and CRM campaigns, managing projects, and you’ll work closely with local Brand Managers and the broader brand team.
You will…
Support the execution of the consumer GTM, working with Brand Management and Product teams to deliver a series of marketing tactics including partnerships, sponsorships, ATL campaigns and the product marketing calendar. This includes, coordinating marketing inputs across Brand, Partnerships and Growth to support an accurate, cohesive and engaging menu UX, including label and tag creation and asset quality assurance. Ensure all assets are correct and delivered on time, in full and to the required standard.
Develop compelling, on-brand copy for brand marketing activities — from product positioning and communication plans to emails, paid advertising, landing pages and flyers.
Support the delivery of the CRM program, providing copy and content that communicates brand and product messages and campaigns. Work with global channel leads and the studio team to complete asset delivery and inputs on time. CRM experience is highly desirable, particularly hands-on experience building and delivering customer communications through Iterable or a comparable CRM platform.
Support the delivery of the merchandising calendar, coordinating across teams to ensure execution stays on track.
Support our organic social channels - creating content aligned to marketing objectives and jumping on topical moments to drive relevance and impact for our brands.
Write, proof and edit copy and branded collateral across all channels, making suggestions in line with brand guidelines.
Manage the copy request pipeline, keeping the workflow on track and copy delivered on time.
Work closely with brand, growth, culinary, design and product teams to create engaging content aligned to the HelloFresh Group brand strategy, incorporating global content initiatives.
The role will support the development and delivery of creative assets, collaborating closely with local stakeholders, designers and our global teams in Berlin. This includes coordinating Jira workflows and managing high-volume creative requests through to completion, helping the wider team deliver efficiently and consistently.
Support the activation of live events.
Coordinate getting product boxes to influencers for campaign launches.
Source prizes and competition rewards for customers, and organise the delivery of prizes.
Support PR and brand shoot logistics and production as needed.
Provide cover and support across the broader Ready-to-Eat brand portfolio as required.
You have/are…
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write across multiple channels and formats.
Solid project management skills, you can coordinate across teams, juggle multiple workstreams and keep things on time.
Ability to work with designers on delivering creative.
Keen attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
Experience in brand or digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced consumer environment.
Comfort working with local and global stakeholders.
Flexibility and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
