About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates with a keen interest in product, data, and process improvement to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

Support product and engineering teams with clear specifications and process flows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify pain points and recommend solutions.

Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.

Participate in meetings and communicate updates with stakeholders.

Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making and product development.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Understanding of SDLC, user stories, and requirements gathering

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Notion, Jira, or Figma.

Comfortable working with data; experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets modeling is a plus.

Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Must be based in the Philippines.

Bonus Points For:

A background in Computer Science or technical experience.

Interest in product management or software development lifecycle.
