Responsibilities:

Sie unterstützen unsere Fachbereiche im Second- und Third-Level-Support für Business Applications und lösen technische sowie prozessbezogene Anfragen.

Sie sind mitverantwortlich für den Betrieb unserer zentralen ERP Umgebung, übernehmen Fehleranalysen und wirken an Optimierungen mit.

Sie betreiben unser Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) und stellen funktionierende Dokumenten- und Archivierungsprozesse sicher.

Sie sorgen im Outputmanagement für reibungslose Druck- und Dokumentausgaben.

Optional übernehmen Sie die Rollen- und Rechteverwaltung und tragen zu einer sicheren System- und Prozesslandschaft bei.
