Client Advisor / Software Engineer

Salary: CHF 55'000 - 65'000 per year

Requirements:

You have experience programming web applications.

Knowledge of PHP / Laravel / JavaScript

You are fluent in German and English.

You enjoy communicating with both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Advise organisations.

Shape bespoke systems.

Translate client needs into good software.

Contribute to the development of the in-house platform.

Contribute to the SaaS products the company builds itself.

Work on both bespoke software and long-term product development.

Work closely with the founders and the rest of the team.

Participate in a highly collaborative environment with short feedback loops, shared ownership, and an iterative development process.

The current salary range is CHF 55,000–65,000 gross per year (80%). We are still in the startup phase, which means you will have the opportunity to work close to both the product and the people shaping it, with a direct influence on its development.
