In this role, you will support one of Pinterest’s most strategic businesses in LATAM, partnering closely on the Mercado Libre business across Hispanic markets. You will help advertisers get the most out of Pinterest by driving strong campaign execution, performance optimization, measurement rigor, and clear client communication. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams while helping bring structure, insights, and momentum to a complex regional account.

What you’ll do:

Build and nurture strong relationships with partners by proactively communicating on campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and growth opportunities

Partner closely with the Client Partner to support a complex regional business across multiple Hispanic LATAM markets

Ensure partner objectives and requirements are met by coordinating effectively with internal teams including Measurement, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions, and others

Gain a deep understanding of partner business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations

Own the “how” conversation with advertisers by advising on targeting, bidding, creative, measurement, pacing, and optimization approaches

Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices and performance solutions, and act as a trusted resource on performance-related opportunities

Ensure campaign setup and execution are strong, monitor results closely, troubleshoot issues, and take action to course-correct when needed

Interpret and communicate campaign results clearly so that partners understand impact, opportunity, and next steps

Support QBRs, performance recaps, and other business reviews with strong analysis and clear recommendations

Actively participate in client meetings, helping explain complex solutions in a simple, credible, and commercially relevant way

Handle resistance, objections, and product questions thoughtfully and professionally

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that can contribute to account growth and team revenue goals

Maintain strong fluency in Pinterest ad products, performance solutions, and evolving roadmap updates

Partner efficiently with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, answer technical questions, and support business growth

Pitch new performance products and best practices at scale where relevant

What we’re looking for:

Experience in digital advertising, account management, or media with responsibility for campaign performance and client communication

Strong track record of turning data into compelling recommendations and business actions

Experience managing complex workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines with strong attention to detail

Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance measurement, attribution, and analytical problem-solving

Experience with technical and performance-oriented media solutions, including areas such as tagging, measurement, analytics, shopping, search, display, paid social, or lower-funnel advertising

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing

Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Experience managing sophisticated client or agency relationships is strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as math, economics, marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.
