The Clinical Analytics & Enablement Leader role is focused on advancing the firm’snext generationclinical analytics platform, developing pharmacist capabilities across the organization, and supporting the harmonization of clinical consulting approaches. This role is advisory, educational, and developmental in nature.

The position partners closely with the National Clinical Pharmacy Strategy Leader and Pharmacy Consulting/Payer Leadership to ensure clinical insights, analytical tools, and methodologies areforward-looking, consistent, and scalable across teams and market segments.

This role is designed around internal enablement and platform development, with an emphasis on:

Analytics architecture and evolution with a 360 view

Clinical education and mentorship

Consistency in clinical insight generation and interpretation

How You Will Contribute:

Contribute clinicalexpertiseand practical guidance to the design and evolution of the firm’sfuture stateanalytics platform.

Partner across financial, analytics and clinical teams to develop a360-degreeviewpoint for the analytics needs.

Translate clinical concepts, emerging therapy trends, andutilizationmanagement principles into repeatable analytical frameworks and specifications.

Support the standardization of how clinical insights are derived,validated, and communicated across consulting teams.

Develop and deliver training to enhance pharmacists’ clinical analytics skills, interpretive consistency, and strategic application of insights.

Serve as a mentor and resource to pharmacists across teams, supporting professionaldevelopment and analytical rigor.

Help elevate overall clinical fluency related to specialty drugs, medical‑pharmacy integration,utilizationmanagement concepts, and outcome‑oriented thinking.

Partner with the National Clinical Pharmacy Strategy Leader to operationalize a harmonized, enterprise‑wide approach to clinical insight development.

Assistin creating shared clinical frameworks, educational materials, and internal guidance that promote consistency while allowing for client‑specificapplication.

Provide feedback from frontline consulting experience to inform enterprise strategy, intellectual capital, and future‑state analytics needs.

Pay Range

$375,000 - $375,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
