Position: Legal / Commercial Expert

Type:Contract

Compensation:$80–$160/hour

Role Responsibilities

Review and assess legal and commercial documents for quality, accuracy, and relevance.

Provide structured feedback on domain-specific documents to ensure compliance and clarity.

Utilize strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact evaluation projects.

Collaborate asynchronously with teams to meet deadlines and improve document standards.

Apply Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency to enhance document analysis and presentation.

Work independently to maintain attention to detail and follow structured guidelines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Bachelor's degree (minimum)

2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain

Strong analytical and written communication skills

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong document analysis and review skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines
