Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As Community Executive you will coordinate real-world problem statements from companies and facilitate collaboration with students and interns to co-create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). You will play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and successful community outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are interested in technology, community building, and digital transformation, and want exposure to real-world industry collaboration and Microsoft AI ecosystems.

1. Community Program Coordination

Execute the Enfrasys Community Program by managing intake of company problem statements and use cases.

Ensure completeness, clarity, and readiness of submissions for student/intern participation.

Coordinate onboarding and matching of students/interns to suitable projects.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Facilitate collaboration between Enterprise customers, University students/intern, Internal teams and partners

Act as a coordination bridge to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Build strong working relationships across all stakeholders.

3. MVP Development Support

Support and monitor student/intern teams in developing real world MVP solutions

Track progress and ensure delivery cadence is maintained

Ensure solutions align with customer expectations and program objectives

Support governance of deliverables, including documentations and IP compliance

4. Community Activities & events

Support planning and execution of MVP showcases hackathons, AI skilling sessions, workshops and community events.

Assist in coordinating logistics, participants, and material for both virtual and onsite sessions.

Encourage active participations and engagement within the community.

5. Microsoft AI & Technology Enablement

Support initiatives leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI /Foundry

Assist in Promoting adoption and understanding of AI tools among participants.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate record of program activities, progress and outcomes.

Prepare Proof of execution, post engagement reports, program summaries

Track participation, deliverable and engagement metrics.

Identifying opportunity to improve program structure, processes, and participant experience.

Gather feedback from stakeholders and recommend enhancements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related fields (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

1-3 years of experience in community, events, customer engagement, or tech-related roles is a plus

Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365; exposure to Power Platform, Copilot or Ai tools is an advantage

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders

Comfortable with basic reporting and documentation (e.g., tracking progress, preparing summaries)

A people person with strong collaboration skills and customer-focused mindset

Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Willing to support events, workshops and occasional travel for community and customer engagements
