You will develop, optimize and benchmark algorithms to further improve our radar perception with a multidisciplinary team to deliver next-generation drone solutions.    <ul> <li>Design, Optimize and Benchmark Algorithms: Radar processing algorithms for drone-based applications such as raw signal processing and real-time object tracking. </li> <li>Implement and Optimize Target Platform: Implement selected algorithms for the target platform and optimize them for runtime and memory footprint. </li> <li>Integration with Hardware: Partner with the hardware team to ensure seamless integration of computer vision models with drone systems. </li> <li>Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in radar technology and signal processing for aerial and ground-based applications. </li> <li>Code Reviews and Documentation: Participate in code reviews, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to team discussions. </li> </ul>   ✅ What you need to be successful: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus. </li> <li>Strong background in Radar Signal Processing (signal processing of radar raw data, radar object tracking) with 7+ years of experience. </li> <li>Experience in embedded SW development (ARM / Neon, Cuda) </li> <li>Strong proficiency in C++. </li> <li>Solid Python skills.</li> <li>Proven experience with ROS2. </li> <li>A hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership.  </li> <li>You approach complex problems systematically and document your results.  </li> <li>Background in radar detection KPIs and KPI driven development.</li> </ul>   What sets you apart from others:  <ul> <li>Experience with AESA radars. </li> <li>Background in data analysis. </li> <li>FPGA development background. </li> <li>Experience with machine learning / AI in radar processing. </li> </ul> At Alpine Eagle, we are committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
