Souveräner Einsatz von KI-Tools im Fachgebiet, kritische Bewertung der Ergebnisse und Unterstützung der Kunden und adessi bei der Nutzung von KI-Potenzialen

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities:

Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung von neuen Anforderungen im Kundenservice, von der Ticketannahme bis zur Bearbeitung von Tickets mit utilities-spezifischer Integration in die Backend-Systeme

Durchführung interaktiver CRM Workshops mit unseren Kunden und Erstellung technischer Konzepte

Übernahme des Customizings und der Entwicklung in der SAP Service Cloud während der Implementierungsphasen

Mitwirkung in vielfältigen SAP-Renommée-Projekten, begleitet von einem Team aus erfahrenen SAP-Profis

Aktive Teilnahme an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Service-Wissens

Besuch gezielter Weiterbildungen innerhalb unserer Karrierepfade zur individuellen Weiterentwicklung
