Secret Media Network (SMN) is Fever’s global lifestyle publisher and one of the most engaging entertainment media brands in the world. With 100+ hyper-local city guides, including Secret NYC, Secret London, and more. We create relevant, inspiring content that helps people discover the best experiences in their cities.

Each week, our content reaches over 100 million people worldwide through websites and social media channels. We provide authentic visibility for commercial partners while building vibrant, engaged communities. Our mission: to become the most trusted guide and entry point to the Fever marketplace.

The Role

Do you always discover new places, save videos of things to do around the city, and share recommendations with your friends? Do you love social media, keep up with internet trends, and want to learn how to create great digital content? Then we'd love to meet you!

We're looking for a creative, curious person who loves São Paulo and is excited to learn and grow with the São Paulo Secreto team.

As an intern, you'll get hands-on experience across different areas of digital content creation, supporting our team with short-form videos, social media posts, and website articles.

You'll have the opportunity to learn how content goes from an initial idea to a published story, while developing skills in video production, social media, digital writing, SEO, and AI-powered content tools.

And yes, you'll occasionally get to explore São Paulo, discover exciting places, and help share those experiences with our audience!

What You’ll Do

Support the team in creating and editing short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok, using tools such as CapCut, Edits, and Premiere Pro.

Help research trends, brainstorm content ideas, and develop scripts and creative formats for social media.

Assist with creating visual assets in Canva, following the brand's templates and design guidelines.

Help organize, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Research relevant user-generated content and support outreach to creators to suggest collaborations.

Join editorial meetings and contribute ideas about places, events, trends, and topics that might interest our audience.

Assist with writing articles for our website, covering things to do, food and drink, culture, entertainment, and experiences in São Paulo.

Learn how to use AI tools to support research, editorial workflows, and the adaptation of videos and social media content into website articles.

Help update existing articles while learning SEO and digital writing best practices.

Occasionally join the team for on-site visits, video shoots, event coverage, and experiences around the city.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

Is currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Film and Media, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.

Has strong Portuguese writing and communication skills.

Has intermediate English skills for internal communication.

Is interested in social media, content creation, video, and digital trends.

Is curious about São Paulo and loves discovering new places and experiences.

Is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Enjoys working with others, sharing ideas, and receiving feedback.

Is excited to explore different content formats and digital tools.

Nice to have (but definitely not required):

Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Edits, or Premiere Pro.

An interest in Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends.

An interest in writing, digital journalism, and SEO.

Curiosity about AI tools and how they can support content creation.

Experience creating content for personal projects, university assignments, or social media accounts.

You don't need to know how to do everything on this list! We're looking for someone with fresh ideas, a hands-on attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn from a team that's passionate about discovering and sharing the best of São Paulo.
