Job Overview:

Coursera is looking for a strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead various content marketing initiatives related to the industries and personas we serve in Coursera’s enterprise marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-performing content assets tailored to specific audiences and buyers, across a range of formats, including data reports, e-books, videos, and webpages. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to drive alignment across the marketing, sales, and leadership teams. You are a creative individual who is motivated to tell impactful stories with content and are comfortable analyzing data to inform your strategies. The role reports to the senior manager of enterprise content marketing and is a highly cross-functional position.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and define content marketing assets that reflect our goals, campaign themes, and target personas. Develop project briefs, messaging, and detailed outlines for content assets.

Flex between strategist, writer, and editor by reviewing all content deliverables and authoring content as needed.

Create a wide range of content assets, including data reports, e-books, short-form visuals, videos, articles, webinars, and webpages for priority industries and personas.

Partner with product marketing, regional marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, sales, and creative to drive alignment on content topics.

Review and edit all content to ensure it is consistent with Coursera’s messaging, style, voice, and tone, and support quarterly editorial calendar planning for content marketing.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B/enterprise environment creating content assets and strategies for full-funnel marketing campaigns.

Strong writer with a demonstrated history of producing a variety of content, such as e-books, data reports, videos, and webpages.

Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and scale content production.

Understanding of SEO/AIO/GEO content creation best practices

Experience handling multiple projects at once and driving alignment with stakeholders across marketing disciplines, sales, and brand & creative.

Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating content tailored to specific audiences (by industry, persona, vertical).

Comfortable creating both thought leadership content and product-feature content.

A demonstrable understanding of the evolving ed-tech landscape and the future of learning.

Strategic, metrics-driven mindset balanced with a passion for creative problem-solving.

Agency experience.

This role is available in the following US Pay Zones:

US Zone 3: $114,400 - $143,000

US Zone 4: $106,400 - $133,000
