Job Overview:

The Content Operations Associate will be responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of K-12 test materials.

Job Responsibilities:

Use process documents for quality control tasks

Learn CAI’s systems to complete tasks

Create and QC test forms and test configuration files

Conduct quality control reviews of test materials

Monitor work done by outside vendors

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations management

Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferred

Analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to identify problems and conceptualize solutions

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Bilingual Spanish preferred

Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).
