Corporate Development Lead (x/f/m)
What the posting says
Set a new pulse for healthcare!
We are looking for a Corporate Development Lead to join the Corporate Development team in Paris.
As a Corporate Development Lead, your mission will be to drive Doctolib's strategy by owning M&A and Investor Relations processes end-to-end: from origination and due diligence through valuation, execution, and strategic recommendations. You will be a key member of a lean, high-impact team sitting at the intersection of corporate finance, strategy, and Investor Relations.
This role offers something rare: direct and early access to Doctolib's top leadership and decision-making. You will be exposed to strategic information and decisions, contribute to deals that shape the company's trajectory, and build deep corporate finance expertise that few roles in the market can offer. As Doctolib's M&A activity grows (both in volume and deal size), the scope and significance of your work will grow with it.
Working closely with Product and Technology leadership, Legal, Finance, target founders, and advisors, you will play a critical role in shaping how Doctolib grows externally through acquisitions that accelerate our product, technology, and healthcare mission across Europe and beyond.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Own significant M&A workstreams end-to-end, from initial screening and due diligence through valuation, business planning, memo drafting, and execution support
Run full target valuations autonomously, including DCF, trading comps, transaction comps, and business plan analysis
Own origination streams, including pipeline management, inbound monitoring, market mapping, and market intelligence
Contribute to Investor Relations and corporate strategy workstreams, preparing analyses, materials, and executive-level recommendations
Write clear strategic and investment memos for senior leadership, steering committees, and board-level audiences, turning complex analyses into actionable recommendations
Transfer knowledge to interns and junior team members, while improving the team's AI-enabled ways of working
Who you are
Before you read on: if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
You could be our next team mate if you:
Have 3–5 years of relevant M&A or Corporate Finance experience in an investment bank, M&A boutique, Corporate Development team, or VC/PE fund, with concrete exposure to live transaction processes
Can independently build and defend a full target valuation with strong attention to detail
Can write clear, compelling strategic and investment memos for senior audiences in both French and English, turning analysis into a concrete recommendation
Are able to own workstreams with light supervision: you anticipate risks, raise issues early when blocked, and deliver through disciplined project management
Are fluent in French and English (C1 or above, written and spoken)
Now it would be fantastic if you:
Have a high interest in the e-health and broader healthcare and tech sectors, and are looking for a position that can make a significant impact on society
Have experience in Investor Relations, ECM, fundraising, or strategic finance
Are genuinely curious about AI and how it applies to analytical and deal work: you are familiar with how large language models work, understand the key players and trends, and have gone beyond basic usage.
Have experience in legal negociations
