What the posting says

Intellect is APAC's leading mental health and wellbeing platform, serving around 4 million members across more than 100 countries through digital self-care tools, telehealth consultations, crisis helplines and physical clinics. Our mission is to make mental health support radically more accessible, preventative, relatable and stigma-free across Asia. We sell primarily to enterprise buyers — CHROs, total rewards and benefits leaders — while the end user is the employee, which means one brand with two expressions.

The Role

We're in the middle of a brand revamp — a four-phase programme to rebuild the brand key, validate it with both buyers and members, and activate it across product, web and content. Our recent design audit was blunt about where we stand: recognisable core logo, strong content, but text-heavy layouts, no unified design system across sub-brands, and creative that leans on vibrant illustration in a way that undercuts our clinical B2B positioning. You'll be the designer who closes that gap — turning credible clinical substance into work that reads as enterprise-grade and still stops the scroll.

What You'll Do

Campaign and social creative. Design assets across the monthly brand campaign calendar — LinkedIn single images, carousels, personal-profile posts and launch moments — with stronger visual hooks and less text density.

Sales and marketing collateral. Rebuild case studies, white papers and research reports with clear typographic hierarchy, generous white space, modern infographics and data visualisation so ROI metrics are skimmable.

Design system and sub-brands. Help build and maintain a unified system covering typography, colour, iconography, illustration and the asset bank — and bring fragmented sub-brands (Intellect Clinic, Atlas) into one coherent architecture.

Events and offline collateral. Design booth backdrops, roadshow banners, print and merchandise to real production specs — panel sizes, zone hierarchy, bleed and legibility at distance.

Motion and video. Produce and maintain video templates for YouTube and social, plus screen-recording and product-demo assets through in-house or external agencies.

Web. Partner with the web developer on landing pages and the site revamp, with attention to navigation hierarchy and conversion pathways for executive decision-makers.

Brief and quality control. Work from written design briefs, run your own reviews against brand guidelines, and help direct freelance and backup designers as volume spikes.

Requirements

Must Have

3–5 years in brand, marketing or agency design, with a portfolio showing both digital and print work

Strong typographic and layout craft — the ability to make dense, evidence-heavy content readable.

Fluency in Figma; comfort with Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent)

Experience designing to and maintaining a brand system, not just producing one-off assets

Data visualisation and infographic skill

Ability to work from a brief, take direction, and turn around at campaign pace across multiple markets

Nice To Have

B2B, SaaS, healthcare or regulated-industry experience

Motion design (After Effects) and video editing

Web design experience (Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Wordpress, Figma, Elementor)

Illustration capability that can flex toward a more restrained, clinical register

Experience across APAC markets and multi-language layouts
