Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for thousands of NativePath customers, creating exceptional experiences through every interaction. You'll combine empathy, critical thinking, and product knowledge to solve problems, build trust, and help customers achieve their wellness goals.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating memorable customer moments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people throughout the day, solving problems in real time, balancing multiple systems at once, and taking ownership of every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

Manage 50+ inbound customer calls per day while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Assist with inquiries about products, orders, shipping, returns, and company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve product or order concerns quickly and effectively.

Log all interactions accurately in our CRM.

Consistently meet established performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.

Customer Experience & Retention

Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

Identify recurring issues and share insights with leadership to improve processes.

Help create and update FAQs, templates, and customer resources.

Proactive Engagement & Sales Support

Provide updates on order status, delays, or product availability.

Identify opportunities to educate customers on products that fit their wellness goals while contributing to customer retention and sales performance.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service experience (contact center or e-commerce preferred).

Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional tone.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Experience with CRM/ticketing platforms and e-commerce order tools.

Calm, resilient and positive demeanor in complex or sensitive situations to provide solutions.

Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills.

Technology Requirements

As a bring-your-own-device company, you’ll need:

PC or Mac (16GB RAM recommended).

SSD Hard Drive Storage (512GB minimum) with at least 20% free disk space.

Wired headset with noise suppression and noise cancellation.

Broadband internet (100 Mbps minimum).

Dual monitors (strongly recommended).

Dedicated quiet workspace free from distractions during scheduled working hours.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week (day shift).

Contact center hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
