Customer Service Representative (Dutch) - Remote, Greece

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and communicative Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international support team in Greece. In this fulltime position, you will be the main point of contact for customers: youll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and clarify bookings, payments or other service questions always delivering professional, reliable support via phone and email. Youll join a multicultural team, working with empathy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction across diverse markets.

What You Bring

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), plus a good command of English

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with tools such as Office365, CRM platforms or similar internal systems

Problem solving attitude, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Previous experience in customer support or contact centre environments is an advantage

Interest in travel or accommodation related services is a plus
