What the posting says

Who we are

Violet Labs is building the home base for engineering teams and the connective tissue for their data.

Our team has built complex hardware at world-class organizations like Google, NASA, SpaceX, Waymo and Amazon. Now, we are developing the software platform that will revolutionize how these products are engineered.

This role is ideal for ambitious engineers with entrepreneurial goals.

What you'll do

Own the post-sale relationship end to end: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal

Run implementations hands-on. Configure connectors, establish workflows, and debug integrations with systems like PLM, MES and ERP

Own the triage process, be the first responder for customer issues

Embed with customer engineering teams to understand how they actually work, then design the deployment around that

Act as the customer voice in roadmap planning and turn recurring field problems into product requirements

Help us craft our forward deployed engineering / deployment strategist team

Hire and lead the team that follows you

You should have

5+ years in customer success, implementation, professional services, or forward deployed engineering

Technical depth - comfortable with things like APIs, JSON, SQL

Experience owning enterprise accounts

A bias toward building repeatable process out of one-off work

Willingness to travel to customer sites

Genuinely curious about how hardware gets designed and built

Bonus points

Experience working with CAD, PLM, MES, ERP or similar systems

Background in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing, or a technical degree

Built a customer success or professional services function from zero at a Seed or Series A company

Experience in fast-growing tech startups

Experience building products or implementing systems that comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and The Export Administration Regulations (EAR)

What we offer

100% coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance

Remote work with semi-annual company retreats

Unlimited PTO and sick leave

Professional development stipend

401k retirement plan
