Responsibilities

Client Onboarding — Guide clients through setup, expectations, and workflow.

Weekly Updates — Provide structured progress reports.

Expectation Management — Ensure clients understand timelines and deliverables.

Issue Resolution — Handle concerns and escalate when needed.

Team Coordination — Work with Reverse Recruiters, Coaches, and Operations.

CRM Management — Maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

2–4+ years in client/ customer success, account management, customer support, or recruiting coordination

Excellent English communication

Strong organizational skills

Experience with CRMs or project management tools

Compensation & Hours

$8–$12 USD/hr

Hours vary based on client load
