Configure 4DMedical algorithms, workflows, and reporting settings to align with customer clinical and operational requirements

Share customer feedback and operational insights to improve internal processes

Experience Required

Hands-on clinical CT / radiology experience in a U.S. hospital or imaging center (chest CT, pulmonary imaging or lung cancer screening strongly preferred)

Direct exposure to PACS / RIS, DICOM routing / auto-send configuration and hospital imaging IT workflows from the clinical side

Formal clinical imaging training (radiologic technology program or equivalent) with hands-on CT experience

Desirable Experience

ARRT (R)(CT) or state-equivalent radiologic technologist credential

Customer-facing applications, in-service / training, vendor support or SaaS / healthcare-IT technical support experience (Tier 1–2); familiarity with Salesforce or a ticketing system

Bachelor's degree; imaging-informatics exposure (CIIP-type knowledge); Salesforce / Jira / Confluence familiarity
