What the posting says

About Faire

Faire is a technology wholesale platform built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive.

We’re looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours.

About this role

Faire’s quality, depth, and breadth of brands is its strongest value to retailers. Our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of Faire’s success, ensuring that the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on our platform.

As an Enterprise Account Executive (ENT+, L4), you will be a trusted advisor to the largest, most influential brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and byond, helping them unlock wholesale growth on Faire and driving significant, durable GMV at scale.

This role is a blend of strategic thinking and enterprise sales execution. You will own a concentrated portfolio of Faire’s highest-value DACH brands, running complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from first outreach through C-suite negotiation. You bring a strong commercial mindset, comfortable operating at the most senior levels of an organisation, and you use AI, data, and sharp instincts to outperform. German and English bilingual fluency is mandatory: you will lead the full sales cycle natively in German, with no reliance on translation or a local partner to close.

We are looking for a stellar performer: someone who has finished top 3 in their org, qualified for President’s Club or All-Stars, and is hungry to do it again in a market that is genuinely early and genuinely exciting.

You’re excited about this opportunity because…

You have been top of the leaderboard before and you want to do it in the German-speaking market’s largest, most valuable brands, where your book becomes the enterprise playbook others inherit

You are energised by fast-moving, ambiguous environments and see AI as a genuine force multiplier

You want to sell something that actually matters: levelling the playing field for independent retailers against e-commerce and big-box giants is a mission you can get behind

You want to work alongside a tight-knit team of high performers who share wins loudly, debug losses together, and hold themselves to a standard most sales teams only talk about

You are curious by default: you dig until you understand, and you bring that intellectual rigour to every deal, especially the complex, multi-threaded ones that define enterprise DACH

What you’ll do

Identify and win the right opportunities

Manage a concentrated, high-value book of ENT+ brands across DACH with the goal of maximising the incremental GMV that these flagship brands bring to the Faire platform

Set your own sub-targets, hold yourself accountable, and know exactly what levers to pull when performance is under pressure, across fewer, larger, longer-cycle deals rather than a high-volume motion

Use business data, category insights, AI-powered tooling, and your own DACH market knowledge to build a pipeline that is both strategically targeted and high quality

Support new enterprise brands through their first quarter on Faire, ensuring they understand the platform and are set up to receive orders and grow

Lead a best-in-class enterprise sales cycle

Lead every customer interaction with a personalised, insight-led approach: understanding each brand’s unique business and shaping Faire’s value proposition to their specific problems, delivered natively in German where needed

Navigate multi-threaded, multi-quarter deals with confidence: from C-suite and board-level vision conversations to operational onboarding with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams

Develop tailored onboarding plans that balance near-term activation with long-term platform success at enterprise scale

Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on when to advance a deal and when to pass, and own the outcome either way

Stay resilient and input-focused when performance is challenging; model the standard for the team

Be the expert on the DACH market

Be solution-oriented to common objections and DACH-specific blockers, including local business norms, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations. Size the opportunity, identify what’s needed, and act on it with product and leadership

Understand how competitors and industry players operate in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and articulate Faire’s key differentiators with precision, in German and English

Research trends, industry events, and key account signals across DACH, and bring that intelligence back to sharpen team strategy

Represent Faire across the wholesale industry

Drive Faire’s value props and messaging across the full sales surface: outreach, nurture, DACH trade shows and events, and in-person brand visits

Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities that drive incremental revenue for the platform

Develop German-language content and host webinars to engage leads in your verticals and share onboarding best practices

Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging across paid, web, and nurture channels for the DACH market

Qualifications

Must haves

German and English business-fluent, bilingual: mandatory. You will run the full sales cycle, including C-suite/board-level negotiation, natively in German

Proven track record of exceeding quota at enterprise/strategic level: top 3 in your org, President’s Club / All-Stars qualifier

Enterprise deal experience: comfortable running fewer, larger, multi-stakeholder deals with longer sales cycles, without losing rigor or urgency

Sharp executive presence: comfortable operating at C-suite and board level

AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to prospect, prep, and accelerate, not as a talking point but as a genuine lever

Intellectual curiosity: you ask better questions, dig deeper, and find the unlock others miss

Mission alignment: you believe in independent retail and can articulate why Faire matters

Nice to haves

Existing network or relationships among large DACH brands

Additional European language skills

Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships at enterprise scale

Experience with Salesforce, Clay, or AI sales tooling
