Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
Work with stakeholders to define their analytical needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific projects or business questions.
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and availability.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and conducting data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and compelling reports.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
Effective communication skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
