Du besitzt solide Erfahrung in den Microsoft Azure Datenverarbeitungsprodukten und hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Databricks.
Dich zeichnet ein starkes analytisches Denkvermögen aus sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und in klare, umsetzbare Schritte zu zerlegen.
Du beweist hohe Kompetenz im Lösen technischer Probleme und die Fähigkeit, fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten und Analysen zu treffen.
Du bist in der Lage, mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen effektiv zu kommunizieren, um Anforderungen zu klären und Lösungen zu präsentieren.
Du besitzt praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Frameworks (z.B. Scrum) und deren Anwendung im technischen Umfeld.
Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (CEFR-Level C1 oder höher).
Responsibilities:
Entwicklung und Optimierung in der Domäne Kundendaten & Coupons oder Transaktions- & Stammdaten in unserer Azure- / Databricks-Datenplattform: Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Wartung von Datenprodukten, -architekturen und -pipelines.
Aufbau und Pflege von Datenintegrationsprozessen, um sicherzustellen, dass Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen konsistent und zugänglich sind.
Intensive Zusammenarbeit im Entwicklungsteam und mit dem Product Owner, um sicherzustellen, dass technische Anforderungen erfüllt und die Produktziele erreicht werden.
Überwachung und Einhaltung von Data-Governance-Standards, sodass die Datenverarbeitungsprozesse den festgelegten Governance- und Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen.
Kontinuierliche Evaluierung und Optimierung der Dateninfrastruktur basierend auf Nutzerfeedback und eigenen Datenanalysen, um die Effizienz und Qualität der Datenprozesse zu steigern.
